The Inaugural Heartland Plein Air Festival is hosted by the Ralston HINGE Creative District with additional support from other Metro-area Creative Districts.
This event features 25 nationally acclaimed invited artists plus an open division; providing artists an opportunity to capture the rolling plains, big skies, quaint neighborhoods, historic sites, railways, and rivers of Ralston and the Omaha-Metro Area.
The judge of awards for this event is Rick J. Delanty (AIS, OPA, ASMA).
