Paint Mono County

Mono Arts Council presents Paint Mono County 2026: A Plein Air Competition and Art Exhibit, September 20th-27th, 2026. Artists from around the country are invited to come paint on location for five days in our breathtaking Eastern Sierra. With $4,000 in prizes, artists are challenged to capture amazing fall color, breathtaking vistas, and jagged mountains, all while painting under the incredible Mono County sky. Paint Mono County features workshops, juried exhibits, artist awards reception, and a two-day exhibit in Mammoth Lakes, California. All are welcome.
