Suffolk Plein Air Festival

Art enthusiasts throughout Virginia welcome artists to paint our pristine waterways, farmlands, and historic downtown. This juried event includes an Artists’ Lunch, Wet Paint Sale & Awards Celebration on Friday with cash prizes over $4500, plus a Quick Draw competition on Saturday during the “Taste of Suffolk” Downtown Street Festival with 8,000+ attendees. Local residents offer accommodations, and special hotel rates are available. We invite you to join us for this fun and artist-focused event.
