Victor Celebrates The Arts

Victor Celebrates The Arts (VCTA) is a long-running, judged en plein air painting festival held every year in Victor, Colorado, typically over Labor Day weekend. The event gathers artists from around the country to paint scenes outdoors, directly from life, within a 10-mile radius of Victor City Hall, including historic gold mining sites and the city’s picturesque landscapes. For 2026, the festival marked its 26th anniversary, with events taking place from August 28th through September 7th, culminating in a show and sale where dozens of original plein air artworks are exhibited and sold.
